SUMMARY:Echuca Mini or Broken Creek Classic
DESCRIPTION:2024 Echuca Mini Marathon\, from Barmah to Echuca (Moama Beach) \n\n\n\nEach paddler in a crew or team must register.  \n\n\n\nThis event covers part of Day 3 of the MMP course. There are three distance options. Full distance (48km)\, Relay (48km) or short distance (MMP Checkpoint C (old checkpoint D) to Moama Beach\, 18km). The relay has three legs (12km\, 18km and 18km).  \n\n\n\nFull distance and Relay check-in at Jack Edwards Park\, Barmah from 6am. Volunteer briefing 6:30am. Competitor briefing 6:45am. First start 7am. \n\n\n\nShort course check-in at Checkpoint C (old D) from 9:30am. Competitor briefing 10:15am. First start 10:30am.   \n\n\n\nThe aim is to have all paddlers finishing reasonably close together and off the water by 12:30pm to simplify on-water safety near Echuca (given the presence of power boats and jet skis).  \n\n\n\nFor more information 2023 PV Marathon Echuca Mini Flyer \n\n\n\nSafety requirements – Wearing an approved PFD is madatory for this event. Paddlers will also need a mobile phone in a waterproof pouch\, a pea-less whistle attached to their PFD\, an emergency blanket\, and a dry bag with a change of warm clothes.

SUMMARY:Short Course Championships and Friendly Sprints
DESCRIPTION:Bendigo Canoe Club\, Lake Weeroona\, Bendigo \n\n\n\nThis registration covers the Bendigo Friendly sprints and PV Marathon short course race.  \n\n\n\nCheck-in: Sprints: 8:30 am to 9:00 am. Racing starts at 9:30 am  \n\n\n\nCheck-in: Marathon: 10 am to 11 am. Racing starts 12:00 pm.  \n\n\n\nSprints: 400 m singles\, 200 m singles and 200 m doubles events. \n\n\n\nMarathon: 3 km short course (3 laps)\, with 2 portages for Divs 1-4. \n\n\n\nThe marathon event will be followed by a washriding practice session for beginner\, intermediate and advanced groups. \n\n\n\nWearing of an approved Life Jacket / PFD (personal flotation device) is mandatory for all events. \n\n\n\nNo registrations on the day.
